Refund policy

You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
PLEASE DO NOT send items back without requesting a return, refunds will not be processed. You can always contact us for any return question at anarkh1979@gmail.com or mimi.anarkh@gmail.com

Eligible Returns

Item must be in the same condition received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging)
Sale items are not eligible for returns
For incorrect items, please contact us immediately at anarkh1979@gmail.com so that we can fix the issue
Anarkh is not liable for lost/stolen packages and shipping damages

How to Return

Send us an email at anarkh1979@gmail.com with your order number and 'Return' in the subject line
Subject example: "Order #123456- Return"
In the body of the email, please indicate your reason for return
Include any images of the item if it is damaged or defective
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label to attach to your package. You should drop off your order at any UPS location. The price of the label will be deducted from your refund.

How to Exchange

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different color or size if available
Send us an email at anarkh1979@gmail.com with your order number and 'Exchange' in the subject line
Subject example: "Order #123456- Exchange"
In the body of the email, the color/size you would like to exchange your item to

Cancellations

Cancellations not accepted after 12 hours of order placement
To cancel, send us an email at anarkh1979@gmail.com with your order number and 'Cancel' in the subject line
Subject Example: "Order #123456- Cancel"

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
